How to do Meals on Wheels

1) pick up the 2 containers at the Jefferson Post Office around 10 am.








2) drive to the Carmichaels Senior Center

3) take the containers into the kitchen

4) visit the ladies while they fill them for you










5) look at the list of people receiving meals today and check if you can find your way to the first one.  If not, ask the ladies.








6) drive to the first house and take the hot portion and the small paper bag to the door.  (This day I delivered a menu for the month of August also).



7) continue to the end of the list and return containers to the Post Office.

Anyone can do it - and you'll receive a blessing.
