Around the Bonner house...
Emily and Beth are working on making a special bag for Beth - it will be a lunch bag, washable and a little insulated.
Here's a few knitting projects for the baby - a couple made by Emily Dale (the green hat and pink sweater).
And Samara balancing the milk jug - why not? Yes, there was a little spill involved, but not too bad.

Well....
...I am waiting to get some photos from you guys in Greene County!
In the meantime, here is Grandpa watching an old Zorro TV show with Samara, Phin John, and Asa.
Samara is riding the zipline - they have a great backyard here!
And here's Ilo enjoying the fountain store that Grandma loves.

We made it!
...around 8 am this morning. Everyone here is doing well. Piano practice at the moment.....
1 Tim 5:4
But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God.

Be careful....
Buddy Adamson and his sister Dolly were hanging out at the church....
...letting Beth look at a yearbook....
...when Buddy got roped into helping the pastor get ready for the drive to OK.
Don't say I didn't warn you.
Will I miss it????
My night blooming cereus has set a bloom that has been growing rapidly! It will open one evening, like the moon flowers, and then be finished the next morning.
I've had several blooms set in the last few years, but never had one make it to opening - it always seems to be about the time I bring the plant in from outside, and that shock seems to wilt the buds.
But look at this one go! I'm afraid I'll miss the glory while we are in Oklahoma.
We leave after Sunday School tomorrow. I will plan to post some blog entries from Norman, but they will probably feature my grandchildren unless some of you will email me some photos of church activities. This is something I'd love to get started, so here's the perfect opportunity!
YOUR ASSIGNMENT:
Please help me out by taking some church photos and emailing them to me this week! (jmdorean@gmail.com)
Thank you!

Free tomorrow morning?
John has just informed me we are having a "newsletter party" at 9 am to put the newsletter together, and at this late hour he has only found one person to help. So if you are free and want to come help, be at the church around 9!
Full moon...
Knives
Janet Crouse got out some of the knives and kitchen utensils that the Ladies' Circle sells. They use the funds to support a child in another country and for other mission work.
In the second photo I set out the three items I use every day - the knife sharpener, a tomato knife and a bread knife. They are wonderful!
The last photo shows Janet's three favorites - she uses the small paring knife all the time and practically gushed about it. The server and the cheese knife were her other every day tools.
Now listen to these prices! Tomato knife - $4.50,
Bread knife - $8.25, knife sharpener $5.50.
Granny parer $4, cheese knife $7, Pie server $6.25.
You can't beat that.
Call Janet at 724-883-3097 to order.

Brittany and Erik get married!
Pre-ceremony....notice the clever outfits - each person in the wedding party wore a black tshirt with their part in the proceedings written on it, such as "Mother of the Bride", "Groom", etc. Brittany was in white, with "Bride" on her tshirt of course.
Getting a photo of Samuel, the ring bearer ("Ring Security") was a little tricky.
