Hard work

The first moonflower of this year - left in the early morning

This afternoon more digging began....

...under roots

...under the sidewalk

Buddy Hawk checking things out

John and Charlie attempting to meet under the sidewalk - just like the Hezekiah tunnel diggers

...only that was through rock

Scott and Rick measuring pipe

This part of the sidewalk is being removed

Hopefully this new drainage system will keep the church basement dry.

Israel - more of the Old City

always talking about Bible questions
we had a knack for finding bakeries....

we all liked these ram horns, and Charlie bought one for a young friend

Charlie in line at the ATM, fearless as usual

Carts carried all kinds of stuff to the shops, since they could go through the skinny byways and even up the steps.

You figure out where we're going

Bethany

Our girl decided she wanted to take some photos today.
Sable took this one last night

...but this one and all the rest are from Beth's first batch of photos.  Enjoy her perspective on life!
